We’ve updated our Privacy Policy — here are some key changes:

• AI for Personalization & Connection: We now use AI (including generative AI and machine learning) to suggest chats, help you reconnect, and highlight compatibility. Sensitive health info is never used, you can control AI features in your Privacy Settings, and we’ve updated our legal bases to reflect these features.

• Service Providers: We’ve expanded our list to include companies that support Grindr’s AI development — such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Anthropic for AI/ML product development and AI for personalization and connection.

• U.S. State Privacy Rights: We’ve updated this section to reflect new state privacy laws that have recently gone into effect, and to make it easier to understand what data we collect, how it’s used, and the rights you have.
